Trend Alert: Bag Charms

Hello, friends. It feels so great to be back with my second post! I'm enjoying writing again so much - as well as planning outfits. I never meant to leave blogging, to be honest. But that's a story for another time... today, I'm back to chat about bag charmsss!! 

Have you jumped on the trend yet? I just bought my first, the viral cherry charm and I absolutely love it. I had no idea accessorizing my bags could be so much fun! For spring, I'd love to pull out my Chanel twilly and add it to a top handle bag along with my cherry charm. Spoiler alert, I'm looking at a Birkin for my BIG birthday next year! Speaking of high-end handbags... if you love the look but not the price? Designer bag charms are such a great way to add a touch of luxury without breaking the bank.

If you'd love to jump on the charm trend but don't know where to start? I'd consider the following. Choose materials and colours that complement or contrast your bag. A metallic charm can add a modern touch, while a colourful pom-pom can bring fun & vibrancy. Also you'll want to consider the size of your bag - a small charm can get lost on a large tote, while a large one may overwhelm a mini clutch. I'd also recommend opting for charms that reflect your interests or personal style... a fun way to add that pop of self-expression and let your personality shine through!
